Team Buldings
SANJOTEC periodically promotes a series of informal networking initiatives among the community.
These include Teambuldings and training camps, meetings extended to all entrepreneurs, start-ups and their employees, in the Sanjotec universe, with the aim of promoting themselves in an informal, playful environment and in simulated situations of stress different managerial behavior, leadership, teamwork, among other soft skills relevant to management and everyday business activity.
It is intended that these will be moments extended to all entrepreneurs, for sharing knowledge, informal interaction, and increasing the adoption of innovative initiatives and responses to unforeseen situations.
