CREATECH
The Sanjotec Createch Boost project is a program promoted by Sanjotec, framed in the northern region, focusing on the municipality of São João da Madeira and the Metropolitan Area of ??Porto, leveraging entrepreneurship in the other regions of the North, promoting and fostering a Innovative, Dynamic and Partner Entrepreneurship.
This program aims to promote a change in the mentality and existing paradigm surrounding Entrepreneurship, eradicate and demystify existing prejudices, thus contributing to the promotion of innovation, the dynamization of a culture of entrepreneurship, and the assumption of risk in favor of of intergenerational entrepreneurial attitudes and training, support and financing and acceleration of business projects.
Main Indicators:
- 21 companies created and supported in high and medium-high technology sectors and in knowledge-intensive services.
- 95 actions carried out (including conferences, workshops, itineraries, training and networking sessions)
- 5510 participants, including technology-based entrepreneurs, creative entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, companies in the region and young people.
- The project contributed to the consolidation of the entrepreneurial spirit, enhancing the emergence of new companies with innovative capabilities that will contribute to leveraging the added value of tradable goods and services, the commercialization and expansion of new markets , whether of goods and services with high export intensity and added value, and the regional and national positioning of the North Region.
The actions aimed not only to stimulate the training of soft skills and hard skills, development and implementation of new business models, in order to consolidate business models and the financial capacity necessary for internationalization processes, in order to allow the diversification of export markets, as well as contribute to changing the paradigm and fears associated with entrepreneurship, contributing to a change in the mentality of future generations, which include the entrepreneurs and reference specialists of tomorrow.
