Founded in 2008, SANJOTEC is a Scientific and Technological Park focused on supporting entrepreneurship and the acceleration of technology-based and creative projects.

Positioned in a strongly industrial region, SANJOTEC has been creating a business ecosystem linked to Industry 4.0 and the development of new products.

João da Madeira, aims to support the business community technically and scientifically, playing a role as a facilitating and dynamizing agent in bringing the business community and the scientific community closer, having The mission is to contribute to the promotion and increase of productivity and competitiveness in the municipality and region, through support for the development and modernization of existing companies and the implementation of innovative business projects.

Through the availability of spaces and responses suited to the needs of startups and companies and adjusted to their stages of development, SANJOTEC intends to support entrepreneurship, even allowing the transition of maturing companies to other host areas, within the framework of the premises of its Science and Technology Park, providing a conducive environment and withcrucial strategic proximity to Traditional, Technological and Creative Industries, and entities in the R&I system.
